I have never been truly happy with how I looked and had been saying for years 'I'll start eating better tomorrow', and tomorrow never happened! After an operation in August 2016 I put on an additional 2 stone which gave me the kick I needed to do something about it. I had seen the amazing progress a friend had made with Rachel so I decided to give her a text, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made!
I started training with Rachel in January 2017 and to date I have lost 2 stone 7lbs, 9% body fat and gained muscle. I've also noticed that I have a lot more energy. I've learnt that it isn't just about eating better, training is just as important. Rachel is a brilliant motivator and has taught me so many things to help improve my diet and also that I can run! I used to think that some people just weren't made for running (myself included) but after just a few weeks of training with Rachel I could run a mile without stopping which was a huge achievement for me and has made me want to keep going even further!
One of the best things Rachel advised me to do was to take photos before I started. On days where I'm feeling a bit fed up (or want something unhealthy) then I take a new photo and compare. It makes me realise how well I've done and that I never want to go back to how I was before.
I would recommend Rachel to anyone, she gives you belief that you can achieve anything and keeps you motivated. I leave every session feeling fantastic (and achy!)

I have always been such a 'YOYO' dieter since I can remember! I always thought being 'skinny' and 'fit' was by not eating, taking tablets or you was just good at it.
However since meeting Rachel in April 2016 she has learnt me to enjoy exercise and make the best out of what we do in the little time I have! My life has completely changed around now and my social life has to fit in with my training or is a part of my training. Rach has given me the belief that I can do it and I can be the best I want to be, she is such a massive inspiration and keeps you so motivated! In the space of 4 months I have lost 3 stone 7lbs 10% body fat and gained muscle! My ultimate aim was 4 stone but now who knows where I will be! I was considering cosmetic surgery on my stomach. I had always exercised and watched what I ate. I was talking to a friend who had been having Rachel and was seeing results so I thought i would give it a try. I have had personal trainers in the past with no great results. I started having Rachel and continued to watch what I was eating. I was looking better, but slowly. Then I really tried and did not snack at all. The results soon started to show, people were beginning to notice and I could tell my body shape was changing. The different in the photos are approx 1 year. I don't feel I need the surgery now. Still room for abit of improvement. I put it all down to the sessions i have had with Rachel , determination and hard work, never the same session twice. I couldn't have done it without her and will continue to have her two times per week to keep looking this good.

“For anyone debating whether to start personal training I can honestly say it’s been a great decision. The training provided by Rachel is first-rate and tailored to my needs, mainly in the gym and sometimes running outdoors. Rachel is patient and understanding, as well as easy to get on with and knows so much about the fitness business. Rachel's gym is very well kitted out and has various cardio machines, as well as a cable machine, and many weights and other fitness equipment. I have lost over 15kg in weight, 7.5% body fat, since starting training. We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort, and Rachel has a special and unique ability to push me to reach my goals. The personal training is definitely great value as I have seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness and strength!

Following a personal training session with Rachel Skeemer, followed by an analysis of my actual food and drink intake (which Rachel did based on a typical 7 day period) I have noticed, not only weight loss but also more definition, change in body shape and I am enjoying a greater level of fitness. I have lost around 2 stone and also shed quite a large percentage of body fat during the last 5 months as a result of eating a far healthier diet (weekends I pretty much eat and drink what I want) and sticking to the tailor made training plans that Rachel set. Rachel set me a fantastic fat burning programme that targets those areas that are hardest to change. The results have been amazing.
